What I Enjoy Most About Losing 100 lbs

There are a lot of things I am enjoying about having lost 100 lbs, here is my top ten list:

Having a visible curve at the waist
Packed up and donated all my 3x, 2x and 1x clothes, since I never need them again – I have a lot more closet and drawer space now that I am [...]

Sleep Test Results

Well the results are on in from my sleep test.  A sleep test score of 35+ means extremely severe sleep apenea.  My test results: 60.
That means I stop breathing 60 times a minute.
I am, to say the least, not a happy camper right now.   I have to schedule a second sleep test in order to get the stupid [...]

I have NO symptoms at all, so I was a bit shocked by the diagnosis, and also completely [...]

One More Thing To Deal With

I’m sure everything will work out eventually, but right now I’m not a happy camper.  This past Monday I had the upper gastrointestinal endoscopy and colonoscopy done.
The preparation for the colonoscopy over the weekend was the usual hell and I was totally miserable by the time I arrived at the hospital Monday at 10 a.m.  After [...]
