Four Weeks Post-Op Gastric Bypass Surgery – An Overview

It seems like these past four months flew by since I had gastric bypass surgery.  The six months leading up to surgery went a lot slower.
I weighed in today at 211 lbs, which is a total of 95.5 lbs lost ( 49.5 lbs in preparation for the surgery and 46 lbs post op).
