Weight: 273.5 (a 2 1/2 lb loss for the week)
Food intake the same has it has been – Extend bar for breakfast, baby carrots for lunch, and fish or chicken with a bag of frozen veggies for dinner. Total daily calories between 700 to 850 a day.
