Weighin Week 118

Weight 276.5  (gain 3 lbs)   It could have been worse.  I had Chinese take out for dinner last night, and even though I didn’t have much, I usually gain a lot (most likely from the sodium).  This weekend is the last for eating three small meals a day before starting on yet another new food plan (very [...]

Unfinished, Unopened, Unrelenting

As you know I have been working on setting up the new domain for the blog I coauthor with my best friend Mama Kelly.  We are moving over all the posts for the past 2 years (over1300) and it is a huge job.  My other huge project is sorting out the junk and trying to get [...]

I [...]

Squishy Goes To Hershey

Squishy (our adorable pet fat) of course came along on our family vacation that we took Aug 9-10.  After all she would have been very lonely if we left her at home.
Our first stop was the Hershey Chocolate World where we took a tour, saw a movie, and browsed the shops.  Squishy loved it and made friends right away.

The [...]

Weighin Week 117

Health Diet:   Weight:  273.5     (shed:  1/2 lb)     Still sticking with just three small meals a day.   Blood pressure doing ok.   Sore and achy from all the moving of junk and sorting of boxes yesterday, but I was able to get it done so I am happy for that (just taking a ton of aspirin to keep going [...]
