Just a quick update - my one day indulgence last Saturday (for my sister’s 40th birthday we took her out to breakfast for a surprise party) turned into two days (I had a nice Christmas dinner and dessert too). Gained so far 18.5 lbs just from those two days. Weight 217.5

Crochet Projects Galore: Since Thanksgiving I have been crocheting a lot (most are Christmas gifts). I find that keeping my hands busy is very helpful to stay away snacks and keep my mind off food, as well as keeping me from getting bored. As promised here are some photos of items I made recently.
