Diet Update Weighin Week 39

Weight 234.5
No weight loss, but at least I lost the “water” weight I had gained last week.
I exercised 5 days last week (15 mins on excerise bike and 25 reps on the coreflex). This week I will be doing 20 minutes on the bike and 30 reps on the core flex.
