That is certainly a pleasant surprise. I’m not jumping up and down with joy yet because I don’t trust it to last — but I’m willing to feel pretty good about it and wait and see.

(weight gained 12.5 lbs in a mere 7 days of dieting - may be a new record)
I did a little experimenting and increased my calories from Thurs. to Sun. up to about 1200 calories — and as you can see from the results — eating more to lose weight is not an option [...]

Diet Update Weighin Week 26

Weight 243.5
Weight lost since last week 5 lbs — at least I seemed to have lost almost all the weight I gained this month, at the beginning of the month (week 23) I was 243. So over all for Oct. I gained a half pound.
