HOLY DAYS
Have Fun! – LIVE your life now! – Get Up and Get Moving!
Life is meant to be enjoyed, filled with good cheer and merriment. Here at The Diet Pulpit there are many ways to celebrate all year round. So fear not brothers and sisters! Do not cower whimpering under your beds or shivering in your closets when a holiday approaches! Do not shun festive gatherings, with platters laden with glistening grease, oozing creams, and sugary temptations. NAY!, Brothers and Sisters come forth and socialize! Be strong in your conviction, rejoice in the wisdom of the Tao of Weigh. Share with family, friends, and neighbors the bounty of the vine and the harvest of the Earth. Bring forth your dishes laden with multi-colors of nutritious goodness! Hallelujah!
Find something you enjoy doing and go do it! Exercise can be play time, fun time, celebration time! You just need to use your imagination. Use the holidays as an excuse to get out and DO something (instead of over stuffing tummies and watching parades on tv – get out and walk in a parade!).
