Weight 280 lbs, lost this week 4 lbs.

Challenges this week:
Really hungry for most of the week. I have a cook out to go to today, and I don’t plan on eating anything — except to move around some little bits of food on my paper plate so I don’t hurt the hostesses feelings. I am hoping there will be some lettuce and tomato so I can snack on something. I am still dealing with the depression getting worse. I don’t feel like doing anything and its an effort just to get out of bed most days. There is a lot going on for my daughter in June so there is a bit of stress too (Girl Scout stuff, parade, Karate Camp, etc.)

On flip side: One thing has me very excited, I have a special birthday surprise to plan for my good friend Mama Kelly next weekend (shhhhhhh its a surprise so don’t tell her).
