Weight 284 (loss 1 pound, plus lost the 5 lbs I gained in the middle of the week for no reason)

Biggest challenge this week:
Angelgirl’s 10th birthday party with a sleep over. An exhausting (but fun) event, with chocolate fondue and other goodies – that I resisted!. I also made grilled sandwiches with diet bread, 0 calorie butter flavored spray and diet cheese (140 calories a sandwich) — so when I got hungry (I had barely eaten all day because of getting ready I was too busy) I just reached for a half of sandwich from the party platter. I also made a big bowl of popcorn with nothing on it, and set out the various flavor toppings (Kernel’s Seasonings) for the girl’s to try.

I’m hanging in there and going strong!
