I even gave them the confirmation numbers from the first 3 times - nothing in the system for those numbers, so I lost quite a bit of money over that. They finally canceled it, but now I won't give out my credit or debit card number to anything that charges monthly. I ALWAYS check my statements in hopes that I find some huge charge and I can call the company and say give me my credit back and then all my credit card debts will magically go away.
