First our bodies whisper to us, "pay attention". When that message is ignored the body begins to speak a little louder, "pay attention". If that is ignored, our body will shout "PAY ATTENTION!" Finally, if all else fails, the body will use a 2 x 4 to get our attention. Your body was protecting you in that moment, listen to it before it gets the 2 x 4 out!

Hi Heidi, thanks for taking time to comment and your kind words. I know "Christians" aren't the bad guys, though I am a bit skittish when it comes to my daughter, and I keep my distant from any one from any religion who is a zealot. But it's not the religion that makes a person "insane" it just gives them an excuse, or a cloak to wrap themselves in. My father is Seventh Day Adventist.

I chose a non-Christian path for many reasons, not just my father. I choose to honor the Divine as feminine and view all of nature as sacred. My path is a spiritual one, and although I do practice a religion to me a religion is not necessary, it is just the means by which I chose to be open to Spirit and the symbology and mythology that speaks to me about the Universe. All religions at their core serve the same purpose and are all sacred, no one religion has the right way or the one way.
