I bet you can’t guess what Mama Kelly and I were up to when we had our visit this past weekend. I can hardly believe it myself. LOL
We actually had Miss Artistic (Mama Kelly’sr daughter, 13 years old) tape us doing a card reading. We only had Mama Kelly’s older camera to record with and unfortunately Miss Artistic didsn’t let us know how dark it was so we didn’t know to turn on more lights. It was so late there wasn’t time to redo it. But not only did we tape it - we actually got up the nerve to post it on youtube! So if anyone is interested the video is posted HERE.
And on top of that we actually recorded a song too and posted the audio clip in this post HERE. It’s a song that I was inspired to write while at Womon Gathering titled “Song To My Sisters.” - but I don’t sing. So I posted the lyrics. A few folks ask to hear it, so I taught the tune to Mama Kelly and she recorded it.
I doubt we’re going to be famous, but it was fun and who knows we just might get brave enough to do a few more things with the video (and next time we’ll check the lighting!).
