Today is going to be spent enjoying my family. We are heading out to the bookstore and then for a little time at the park.
I am so enjoying being relaxed and sleeping better all this week. I don’t know whether it is just recovering from the four days at Womon Gathering, or practicing self-Reiki, or being able to hold on to the spiriutal connection and renewal experienced at the event, or a combination of everything. But I’m not questioning it, just enjoying and going with the flow.
