I was just catching up on your last few posts.  So sorry to hear about your sleep problem.  I too wake up frequently during the night due to bladder issues as well as other things.  I do use herbal remedies that help whittle it down to 2 or 3 times a night.

Also I got a good report on my weigh-in: a 4 lbs loss (for 2 weeks), totaling 14 lbs in one month. The goal is over 100lbs, one day at a time. I need to pay more careful attention to my food choices because I am eating more of this or that just because of the good numbers.  

Giving myself non-food comfort - what do you give to yourself for non-food comfort ?  One thing for me is to recognize when I am tired vs. hungry.
