Weight: 229.5 Lost 13 lbs (that is almost 2 lbs a day! - the new perscription (double the diuretic) is really helping)
So only 35 pounds left to lose of the 48 lbs of water weight gained the last several weeks from inflammation and water retention (for a brief summary of recent medical and weight issues see Week 98)
Can you believe it’s been 100 weeks of fatblogging! WOW! It’s just amazing. I wish I had lost a 100 lbs in that time. I came close and did manage to lose 99 lbs (Dec. 7 week 84 - weight 194.5) before the chronic inflammation episode started. But hopefully I have it under control now and the rapid water retention will be over and I will continue to lose the water weight quickly so I can get back to actually losing some real pounds. **fingers and toes crossed for luck**
The actual numbers on the scale don’t matter - what is important is overall health. I’m feeling better, I can breath better and I will do everything I can to keep improving.
Food for the week: Following Rice House Diet guidelines of fruit and whole grain except for two dinners - daily: 1 cup coffee, plain oatmeal (no salf of course), apples, clementines, air popped popcorn. Two nights I had a skinless chicken breast with asparagus.

Yeah Lady Rose! That’s an impressive whoosh. I’m glad the diuretic is working. What’s truly important is you feel better and can breathe better. You know, all those weeks the scale climbed, you still might have lost some body fat despite the water retention. After all, you eat very well. (Better than I do, that’s for sure).

“NOTICE: No fat cells were harmed in the making of this blog (though a few may have shrunk.)”
I laughed so hard
