I have a body, it doesn’t have me.
I have eyes, I can see food but I don’t have to eat it.
I have a nose, I can stop to smell the roses (not the bakery items).
I have a mouth I don’t have to stuff it.
I have a heart, I can fill with love, hope, and dreams.
I have a stomach, I don’t have to fill with sugar, fats, and other junk.
I have hands I can reach for a friend, instead of a snack.
I have feet instead of putting up, I can use to walk toward my goals.~ Lady Rose
