- 10% slug syndrome and couch potatoitis
- 10% bad habits
- 10% chocolate addiction (women) or beer addiction (men), (note: substitute favorite food addiction(s) for either)
- 10% water
Anatomy of a Muscle
- 20% sweat
- 20% positive thinking
- 20% sticktoittiveness (determination, motivation, and will power)
- 10% lean proteins
- 10% rainbow of veggies and fruits
- 10% whole good carbs and calcium
- 10% oxygen
