		<description>Thank God (or Goddess) you got that squared away and have a good plan to keep you as healthy as possible. Weight really is secondary to your health. Don&#039;t let any naysayers stress you ot.  

You might want to check out Tai Chi as it&#039;s very gentle.  Some yoga programs are to and they are excellent for stress control.
