I hope every one has a wonderful and happy Valentine’s Day.  Here’s a collection of links to recipes and ideas to help you celebrate:

This Mama Cook on a diet has an awesome, easy recipe for a heart shaped dessert - Healthy, Low Point Valentine’s Dessert, looks elegant, contains no eggs, easy to make and yummy!

Check out this recipe for Chocolate Meringue Cookies - only 3.5 calories each and 0 fat, a dozen of these are a real indulgence and won’t expand your waist.

Last minute gift idea - Edible Arrangements (fresh fruit in the shape of flowers) can be delivered around the US, they are lovely and healthy (and you can have a few chocolate covered strawberries tucked in the arrangement for a special treat).   I got one for my hubby for his birthday in a football container and he loved it (see photo HERE).  I called in the morning and it was delivered that afternoon.

Don’t want to cook and you don’t want to give out chocolate to your dieting spouse or special someone, then check out this book: The Orgasmic Diet: A Revolutionary Plan to Lift Your Libido and Bring You to Orgasm, by Marrena Lindberg.  Best-selling author Margot Anand (The Art of Sexual Ecstacy) says this “fun, inspiring, and original book” proves how “the quality of the food and the ingredients, provide the basic alchemy which generates ‘prana’ or energy,” and “the more energy we have, the better sex is!”  For a full review read More Orgasms!

Here’s a fun paperback that would make a great gift, for better sex and a healthy diet with lots of recipes too, The Better Sex Diet

Want to be sexy and fit for Valentine’s Day - A fun, sexy way to get fit is belly dancing and there are lots of dvd’s out there to get you started, like these Bellydance Fitness for Beginners - Basic Moves & Fat Burning, or this one Bellydance Fitness for Weight Loss featuring Rania.

Here’s a sexy workout dvd for the guys: The Bedroom Workout for Men: Better Sex through Exercise.

Have fun this Valentine’s Day and every day! Health and Happiness and lots of HUGS to all!
