Of course legislation like this should never be tolerated. People have a right to live any way the choose and make their own decisions.

But get a load of this...this is what it would be like if we let Big Brother take over and legislation just like that above take hold...

Order a pizza in 2010? . . .

This is funny, but the scary part about it is that it's probably not too far away from being reality. Want to know how to order a pizza in 2010? Click the link and see. turn up the volume. . listen closely. . . watch the pointer carefully! This seems so true, it's frightening! Click here.

This bill did not pass. It turns out the three congressmen who proposed the bill knew it would never pass - they were trying to attract attention that Mississippi has the highest obesity rate.

This is one of the stupidest ideas I've seen in a long time. I think it's unconstitutional.

What a stupid way to try to promote healthy changes--even if it's just a publicity stunt. Why demoralize the very people you're trying to reach out to by discriminating against them and stigmatizing them? I think it's an abuse of the legislative process and this guy sounds like an ass.

Sadly Mississippi Democrats have a very poor Human Rights history and I am amazed they would even try this.

I am sure many good people in Mississippi are also shocked. Will surely make many change to Democrat?
