Don’t Be a Fool-Eat For Fuel!

Everyone needs a time out now and then.  In this crazy world of rushing around and being way too busy, it’s important to remember to take a time out. Sundays are a great time to set aside some time to relax and just hang out with the family. But for your health, it’s a good idea to give yourself a time out on a regular basis too, for example meditation can be a little mini vacation that you can do on a daily basis.
