I'm not a big tea drinker never found one that I could get past the taste - but I know green tea is good for you - I'd have to use it in tablet form though. I have tried Yerba Mate tea, which has more on the antioxidants in it -- I got the coffee flavor - it's not much like coffee, but I add a tsp of instant coffee to it and sugar free creamor and I like it. But I didn't stick with it -- I need to get back to using it. I have a link to a good source to get more on the diet pulpit shop page.

You are truly amazing! I don't know anyone with the willpower that you have!

Have you tried using green tea? I'm thinking of trying it, but was wondering if you had had any experience with it and whether you thought it was worthwhile.

I'd love to see you on Dr. Phil.
