		<description>I&#039;m not a big tea drinker never found one that I could get past the taste - but I know green tea is good for you - I&#039;d have to use it in tablet form though.  I have tried Yerba Mate tea, which has more on the antioxidants in it -- I got the coffee flavor - it&#039;s not much like coffee, but I add a tsp of instant coffee to it and sugar free creamor and I like it.    But I didn&#039;t stick with it -- I need to get back to using it.    I have a link to a good source to get more on the diet pulpit shop page.</description>

If we live our whole life focusing on food and the scale, how much fun will we be missing!!  As for diet, I have found low carb to be a wonderful alternative to constant dieting. I eat around 30 grams of carbs per day (I don&#039;t count, I just don&#039;t eat anything high in carbs). I eat plenty of meat, fish, chicken.  I also eat lots of veggis and nuts.  I live quite happily this way, and now I can enjoy my life and not live by the scale.  I don&#039;t know if you have tried low carb yet, but it is an enjoyable alternative.

Exercise a bit each day. Drink plenty of water and watch the carbohydrates. I found I had to reduce my carb intake and increase my protein to stave off hunger. Try using a low carb protein powder in the morning with the feast supercharged blended together with a high fiber powder mixed with soy milk. I have found great sucess using this as my breakfast in the morning.
