Weight: 206 lbs
0 lost overall, but lost the 2.5 gained from the spoonful of pasta this past Wed., and a half lb of the 24.5 weight gained from 3 day indulgence over the holidays (for details see Week 88) — so ONLY 11.5 lbs left to get back to weight I was before my body decided to stage a revolt and gain like crazy (194.5 week 84). ***brain getting fuzzy from too much math!***
Other that the one slip Wed. of a spoonful of pasta (resulting in the Fat Cat Blues), I’ve been on track with my food plan this week. Since Wed. I have been focusing raw veggies and apples (breakfast and lunch), and only 1 serving of oatmeal for dinner a day (previously I had two servings a day 1 breakfast and 1 lunch with chicken and veggie for dinner). But with all the weight gain from fluid retention or whatever, I’ve going to keep food as simple and plain as possible until I loose all the excess that was gained and get back to my lowest weight so far of 194.5 (week 84) so I can start making some progress again in actually losing some weight.
Exercise – by Wed. I increased the times I went up and down the stairs at work from four to FIVE. I still can’t figure out how some people actually like exercise, but I am rather pleased with myself for doing something active five days out of the week since the New Year began. This may be a new record for me actually keeping to a resulotion to get more active.
I can do it! I will do it! Because I have FAT Attitude (Fabulous, Awesome, Tenacious) and just plain stubborn.

It depends on the day whether I like exercise or not, but usually I feel really really good after a long, intense workout. I guess it’s runner’s high.

Perhaps one of these days I’ll find an exercise that gives me that “runner’s high” like feeling – but so far it hasn’t happened.
