In fact, my favorite grains of choice these days are quinoa and brown rice--I haven&#039;t bought any standard pasta (save for one pack of spelt pasta) since... er... July or something? To think that I used to eat pasta every day, sometimes twice a day, before researching nutritional information in general and looking around for new foods to try...</description>
