Don’t let the scale or food rule your life and rob you of happiness.  You are truly beautiful and wonderful just as you are - right this moment.  Take each day and each choice as it comes and you can reach any goal you want and get healthier each and every day.  Be gentle with yourself for being human and not being perfect.  Set aside the little things that cause you stress and worry - go out and hug someone, watch a sunset, and focus on what is truly important in life.
