In my quest to get moving more I found a very good new blog Physical Exercises – packed with exercises to build a free work out program.

It covers a variety of exercises in easy to understand language, covering all the basics for “toned arms and legs, flat abs and not a double chin in sight”. The site is a good resource for free and easy exercises you can use to build your own personal work out programs.

So if you need to mix things up a bit and need a little extra umph in your home work out go check out Physical Exercises and plan a work out to burn off a bit of those extra holiday calories or plan a few new workouts to give yourself a boost for your New Year’s resolutions to get healthy.
