		<description>I tried the South Beach diet.  It made me irritable, cranky, and just plain not nice.  I stuck with it about a week and a half before I had to chuck it.  I changed my lifestyle so that I now eat low-fat, low-sugar, high fiber foods.  I do avoid refined flours and such in favor of whole grains.  BUT FAT is the number one thing I look at on food labels, followed my dietary fiber and sugar.  I guess it remains to be seen what I will be doing in 5 years.</description>
