Fatblogging Update - weight 195.5

That is a total of 4 pounds lost this week, and also minus the half pound that was gained last week.   I admit I am stunned.   It is either a coincidence, a miracle, or my scale is broken.   Actually I’m sure it is a combination of many factors, the main one being sticking to my healthy eating plan no matter what the scale says and eventually the body has to give up being stubborn and drop a bit of weight once in awhile.

I have also been trying a few new things.  If the weight loss continues at a steady pace I’ll be sure to report on the details, but a one week big loss is not enough to think I’ve discovered the “secret” to weight loss.

It is however proof that sticking with a healthy eating plan works - it can be frustrating, it can mean ups and downs, but eventually progress is made.  So stick with your plans, get out and have some fun, enjoy life, and never ever give up on your goals to get healthy!

Food diary: daily 5 packets of protein Medifast meals and one lean and green meal for dinner (skinless chicken breast and veggies - romaine lettuce and mixed greens, chopped broccoli and spinach).  Beverage: water, two days this week I had one diet soda.
