There is nothing like the feel good to help you health. I advise people that “a little of what you fancy does you good”. I have a bar of dark chocolate in the cupboard and every day I eat a square of it and I make sure I enjoy every second. Being happy and chubby is better than being slim and dead. (that said being slimmer and happy and alive might trump all).
