I think my guardian angel was watching over the scale! 

Fatblogging Friday Update - changing my weighin day to Friday (we’ll see how it goes, so this is a day early for week 75, but a week late for week 74)

Week 74 - weight 202, -1 lb
Week 75 - weight 199.5, -2.5 lbs

I’m tickled pink - a total loss of 3.5 lbs!    It’s been weeks since there was any major change and now to see UNDER 200 is a wonderful milestone to celebrate.   I know it may go up a bit (as my weighin summary proves my weight see saws for now reason) - but I know that in time I will reach all my milestones and eventually my goal because I am getting healthy and making permanent changes.

Food - same as always, my 5 protein meal packets (Medifast) and one lean and green meal (lean protein and a green veggie) - this week I had salmon twice and lean ground turkey 4 times, and skinless chicken breast once, veggies included chopped broccoli, kale, spinach). 
Beverage: water (56 to 64 oz a day)
Exercise:  I started practicing qi qong for healing a little over a week ago.

My next milestone: 155 lbs
(what I weighed on my wedding day Sept. 1, 1991).
