Today we are celebrating the power of F.A.T! To bring to you a message of hope by making you aware of the tremendous strength inside each and every one you. The influence we hold is mighty indeed! Imagine a sit-in - they could not budge us. It would not take many of us to block off entrances or shut down a street. Our power to protest is strong indeed. Together we can change the world - with the power of our wallets, our vote, and our girth we can bring about a revolution. We can force the fashion industry to stop using children to model adult clothes. Not to mention that ZERO should not be a size! We can compel the large chains of fast food and restaurants to post the nutritional information for all to see. We can convince the food industry to offer more healthy choices on our grocery store shelves.

Do not be afarid to rise up Brother and Sisters and be counted! Let your voice shout out loud and be heard. Because each and everyone of you is Fabuluous, Awesome and Tenacious - so be proud, rejoice, and celebrate YOU! United we are unstoppable! Live your life with the F.A.T Attitude!
