		<description>Our local paper just did a full piece on this during the week! Other forms of martial arts were included as well. My daughter is a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, and I&#039;ve always been interested in less aggressive forms of martial arts...which I&#039;m assuming this is. Eager to find out how you continue to like it!</description>
