Greetings fellow fatbloggers and seekers of health, this morning I would like to share with you wisdom from the ancient traditions of China - a video showing a qi gong form called Swimming with Dragons.
I have recently started to learn qi gong and I am truly enjoying it. It is healing for the body, mind and spirit. It is very relaxing and easy on the joints.
Diet Wisdom for today - Health is not just about our weight. We also need to nourish all aspects of our bodies and our lives and to take time to relax and de-stress.

Our local paper just did a full piece on this during the week! Other forms of martial arts were included as well. My daughter is a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, and I’ve always been interested in less aggressive forms of martial arts…which I’m assuming this is. Eager to find out how you continue to like it!
