Weight 250 Gain 3 lbs

But at least I lost 1.5 lbs of the total I gained during the week when I weighed myself on Thurs. and found I had gained 4 pounds, then on Fri. another 1/2 lb. I honestly cannot explain it — I was so right on track last week, I didn’t taste anything, I didn’t cheat at all, I measured precisely, etc. etc. etc. The only difference as I stated in my midweek post was that I included the low fat cottage cheese and low fat ranch dressing — and I can only assume the dairy (which is really not for human consumption) and the high fruitose corn syrup (a.k.a. toxic waste) in the dressing were to blame.

There is a part of me that wants to throw a temper tantrum and another part that wants to curl up and cry and then go eat a pizza, ice cream, etc. – after all if I’m going to starve and eat very plain diet food and still gain, why not have the good stuff and gain. HOWEVER, I have managed to stay calm and of course I’m NOT falling off the wagan and not straying from my healthy eating plan. I’m going to stay focused, keep learning, and take one day at time.
