Weight 212 lost for the week -.5
A little drop, but still a drop! I have a feeling that I have some inflammation issues today, after being on my feet for over 8 hours yesterday, setting up tables, and decorating I am aching all over. I still have to decorate a lot more today too for the HUGE Harry Pottery birthday party tomorrow. So it is possible I am holding some water weight. But even if it is only a .5 lb loss for the week I’m still happy. A loss is a loss and should be celebrated! Only 72 more lbs to go.
Fatblogging - for today I will have two protein Extend bars, 2 apples, my morning coffee (a must!), and a frozen diet meal for dinner - I will be exhausted so I am going for quick and easy tonight. Excercise - hanging posters, carrying more boxes up stairs to the second floor (we rented the hall at a near by firehouse), and too many party details to list.
Time for coffee!
