Fatblogging update – So far this week my food intake has been rather boring as usual just the same – 2 extend bars (150 calories eac, 11 grams of protein each) and 2 apples (covers breakfast and lunch), for dinner a lean protein and veggie or a frozen diet meal. Plain air popped corn (measured amount) when needed.
Yesterday I did forget my apples – but luckily I had an orange and a small can of V8 juice (low sodium, 30 calories) so I was able to get through my day with that and the two extend bars. I need to replenish my emergency stash in my desk though.
For exercise I have been preparing for the HUGE Harry Potter party this weekend. I know I should be doing more – but I am just feeling so wiped out and there is so much to do – I am giving my self permission to just get through the week and not beat myself up over it. It’s not like I’m being a total slug – I am very busy!
I will be back on tract with the exercise after the party Sunday.
