I know happy and Monday don’t usually go together – but this week for me it does. Yesterday I had a lovely Mother’s Day. I felt like Queen for the day. Hubby and Angelgirl made me an egg white omelet with spinach, and 2 slices of diet bread toast (using 0 zero calorie butter spray). For dinner they made me scallops and roasted califlower. YUMMY! I also got a new air popper for my popcorn which I used to make an afternoon snack – I wasn’t hungry, breakfast had been so filling so I forgot about lunch. The old popper was getting kinda ratty looking and it was OLD, so it’s very nice to have a nice new one to pop with.

I also got the most awesome comfortable chair for the computer desk — I’m sitting in it right now! What was even more special then the gifts was the thought behind them — both gifts showed a lot of care and thoughtfulness and support for my diet — also hubby knows how important blogging is to me so getting me the chair was very special knowing that he really does understand. (We were using a hard folding chair ever since our old cheap so-so computer chair broke a couple months ago.)

I didn’t exercise yesterday – but I was doing projects, moving boxes, and up and down the stairs a lot getting things together for the HUGE Harry Potter Party.
