I’m sure you have heard the phrase “eat a rainbow” - referring to having a rainbow of color on your plate, lots of fruits and veggies of all colors. My friend, we are sad to say there is an Evil Rainbow out there that will tempt you and lure you with its soft, sweety, goodness - BEWARE!
One of our blogging friends (totaltransformation) had to deal with this “foul temptess” last week – we kept him in our prayers and hope he was able to hold strong against temptation.
