Fatblogging Update:
Friday – egg white omelet with veggies, 2 coffees with nonfat creamor, plan air popped popcorn, chicken breast and brocolli rabe (no exercise – very sore and tired from concert the night before that included a lot of walking from train station to concert hall and back)
Saturday – breakfast: coffee with nonfat creamor, Extend bar. Plan for lunch and dinner: Extend bar, apple, Lean hot pocket, a frozen veggie (not sure which one yet) Exercise 50 reps on core flex (for abs) and 35 minute walk very early in the morning – it was awesome, I really love the peace and quiet of early mornings.
