Fatblogging Update:
Tuesday 4/17/07: 2 extend bars, 2 apples, steamed chicken and broccoli (Chinese takeout), 45 minute walk around outdoor mall while daughter in karate class (even though the wind was blowing cold and it was a bit damp out). Three chocolate covered almonds from left over Easter candy – gave into temptation, mostly because I was hungry and it’s been sitting there for days!
Wednesday 4/18/07: 2 extend bars, 2 apples, 1 orange, 4 slices diet bread & 4 slices diet cheese grilled with 0 calorie butter-flavored spray, air popped popcorn (plain, 0 calorie butter-flavored spray). NO giving into to temptation.
Thursday 4/19/07 (today) – 2 extend bars, 2 apples, 1 orange, Subway turkey, lettuce, tomato, onion, green pepper.
Going to a (Loreena McKennitt concert tonight (will be mostly music from her latest cd, An Ancient Muse) with my hubby, my good friend MamaKelly, and another good friend from work! FUN!!!!! I’m so excited.
Out of sight, out of mind – and OUT OF REACH – last night I put ALL my daughter’s left over Easter candy in a zip lock bag and stash it in the lower drawer of the refrigerator out of sight! Past couple days I have been really hungry, not sure why – so yesterday and today I had an extra piece of fruit with me at work. I may be fighting off a cold or something since a lot of folks around here are sick, and I’ve also been feeling more tired then usual. I peeked on the scale – so far I’ve lost the 1.5 lbs I had gained last week (for no reason), so hopefully I can lose a little by Sat. morning for my official weekly weighin, or at least stay the same.
