Weight 222 (gain 1.5 lbs)
It happens; I am not going to get all freaked out. I can’t really point to anything that I can blame it on – but I have been extremely achy all week and yesterday my joints were down right painful and I could barely move most of the day – so my guess is the rheumatoid arthritis is flaring up (lots of rain this past week) and so I probably have some inflammation (a.k.a. water weight).
I am also low on sleep which didn’t help deal with the pain either. But I’ll “carry on” as usual – eating healthy, exercising and taking it one day at time.
Fatblogging entry: yesterday breakfast – 1 extend bar, lunch – 4 slices diet bread, 4 slices low fat cheese, snack – air popped popcorn, dinner – asparagus and two 97% fat free hot dogs (45 calories each) with shallot & champagne mustard (5 calories). Exercise – skipped, too much pain and exhausted.
