Just a Quickie Post that is (so get your minds out of the gutter!)
Fatblogging update: yesterday 2 extend bars, 2 apples, roasted carrots (about 200 calories worth 1/2 bag). 1 coffee, 3 diet sodas, 1 diet cranberry juice (10 calories) Exercise – 30 mins. on stationary bike level 2, 50 reps on the core flex (works abs). I had planned on having some thing else with the carrots – but after I ate them I was full so I didn’t.
Looking forward to seeing my good friend B. tonight – for a sleep over! She lives almost 2 hours away and with the weather and other things like life getting in the way it’s been a couple months since we’ve had a chance to catch up. We’ll be up late chatting away. When we are together my crazy ideas multiply and she just encourages them (and adds fuel to the fire plus her own ideas) – so it’s a dangerous combination. We used to work to together (she got to retire **I’m so jealous**) – at the office all we used to do was giggle half the day sometimes.
