My fatblogging update for today:
Menu -
breakfast and lunch: an Extend bar and apple
dinner: roasted baby carrots and skinless turkey breast.
exercise -30 mins. on stationary bike, and 50 reps on core flex gym (for abs) -
This has been what I ate all week, with only small changes (different veggie and different lean protein). My next weighin will be Saturday morning.
The past few weeks have seen a nice steady dip in the scales - from the way I “feel” body wise, it may have slowed down - but that’s ok I can handle it. I just like being prepared before I hop on the scale so emotionally I can fend off being disappointed by reminding myself it’s health that matters not the numbers.
Note: I keep a written journal (using a steno pad), where I record everything. I don’t always post it online also because it really is very boring - but from time to time I will do a quick update for the blog so every one can read a typical day.
