So if I did 12 hours of housework a week I could lose a pound a week. Hmmmmm….looks at the dust bunnies in the corners.

Not sure I’m up to 12 hours a week of house cleaning - but every calorie counts so look out dust bunnies!!! LOL

Who needs a gym or expensive equipment when our vacuums, mops, and dust cloths can help melt away the flab. Add your favorite music and dance while you clean and it’s not so bad. Well, the first day of spring is only once a year, I can handle housecleaning once a year.
