I came across an article about weight loss and over cooking foods, which I found fascinating. It is definitely something to read if you are interested in losing weight or just cooking healthier for yourself and family.

The web site Nature’s Health Foods has a lot of other very information aritcles and a lot of awesome recipes. I am looking forward to trying a few, especially some of the soups. I think my hubby and daughter will enjoy them too, which is always a plus because with me on a diet we rarely all have the same thing for a meal.
