Weight: 224.5 Lost this week -1.5 lb (total lost 69 lbs.)
This week I had an Extend bar and an apple for breakfast and lunch, dinners were a lean protein and veggies. (i.e. 1 night I had an egg white omelette with mushrooms and spinach; 1 night was roasted chicken breast with steamed broccoli). If I was still hungry I had some plain air popped popcorn – but only if I was really hungry. Daily calories ranged from 900 to 950 a day.
Exercised 5 days out 7 – 30 mins. on the stationary bike at level 2, 50 reps on the core flex thingy.
Challenge this week – hubby had gotten some Klondike bars, which used to be a favorite of mine. He kept them in the big freezer in the laundry room so I didn’t have to see them in the kitchen freezer. Whenever he and my daughter had one, I made sure I was busy or went in another room to watch tv or read. But for the most part it didn’t bother me too much.
I haven’t had any cravings for awhile. Hunger is still hard to deal with sometimes – but mostly just in the late afternoon. But as long as I know I have a nice dinner that is quick to make or heat up waiting for me I can manage it – I drink water or have another diet soda.
I do need to increase my water intake — I’ve gone back to too many diet sodas. But with spring and warmer weather coming soon I’m sure that will encourage me to drink more – probably in the form of iced red zinger tea and lemonade.
