Great blog! Geneen Roth in her awesome book “When you eat at the refrigerator, pull up a chair” also lists the ways to gain weight without eating! I love them - I’m so guilty.

1. rearranging broken cookies
2. when someone else is paying
3. anything with a diet soda
4. cleaning off the kids’ plates
5. when i’m cooking
6. driving in the car
7. any food i don’t like
8. when it’s for medicinal purposes
9. before exercise
10. after exercise
11. during sex
12. when my mother-in-law comes to visit
13. if it’s eaten frozen and it’s not meant to be
14. edging a cake (my favorite!)
