I came across an informative blog Fight for Fitness (keeping fit is a daily battle) and followed their link to a good source for a workout plan. The site is called Health & Fitness Secrets for Men, but the no-nonsense information and workouts (utube videos included) for weight loss and losing fat can be used by women also (just use less weight and more reps for less bulk).
Pssssst…. (whispers) They have a section for men on being sexually fit as well, which is an added incentative for losing weight and getting healthy - your sex life improves too!
