My bottle of sugar free Torani Chocolate Syrup arrived last week and I have been using it in my morning coffee almost every day. It is wonderful!!!!

I can cut back on the amount of fat free creamer I use too for a little less calories. I am still adding one packet of splenda and 1 scoop of unflavored biopro protein powder (80 calories, 20 g protein, 0 fat).

I want to try a few other sugar free flavors too, like White Chocolate and Vanilla Bean. They have a lot of different flavors.

The syrups can be used in other things - add more zip to sugar free jello, protein shakes, or add a shot to sparkling water for a 0 calorie Italian soda. I bet some of the flavors would be good in oatmeal too.

Since I want to increase my water intake I will be trying them in cold and hot tea also. Herbal teas are very healthy for you, but I have never been a big fan of teas in general ,but I think with the added flavor of the syrups I will be able to drink more herbal teas instead of diet sodas, not only getting more water but also health benefits instead of just chemicals from the diet soda.

Torani’s recipes for steam milk and syrups on their site sound wonderful, just substitute fat free milk or soy milk for a great low calorie, healthier treat.

All I can say is Yummy! Rating: 4 halos
